Can employees who do not wish to become members of a fund refuse to join?
I have a fund where some of the employees are not SA citizens. Can they be included on the fund as members?
I have a fund where some of the employees are SA citizens but work on contract outside SA. Can they be included on the fund as members?
I have a fund where some of the employees are non-SA citizens and live and work outside SA. Can they be included on the fund as members?
I have a fund where the employer has branches in a foreign country where the employees at those branches are non-SA citizens and live and work outside SA. Can they be included on the fund as members?
